Refund policy
QuietNight Pro 100-Night Guarantee
Every QuietNight Pro comes with a 100-night money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order arrives.
Because the device works by gradually retraining your throat muscles, we ask that you use it for at least 30 consecutive nights before requesting a refund. That is the minimum time your body needs to show a real response.
To request a refund, email us at support@neonvext.com with your order number. We will send return instructions and a return address. Returns must be authorized in advance and shipped in their original packaging.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, with no restocking fee. Adhesive patches are consumable accessories and are not refundable on their own.
QuietNight Pro electronics are additionally covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects (patches and misuse excluded).
This extended guarantee applies to QuietNight Pro only. All other products follow the standard policy below.
We stand behind every order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how our returns and refunds work.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, just email us at support@neonvext.com with your order number and we'll guide you through it.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. Once confirmed, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You won't pay a cent extra.
Return shipping
If a return is due to our error (a wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We'll send you the return address once your request is approved — please don't send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear.
Changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered processing we may not be able to modify or cancel it, but we'll always do our best.
Non-returnable situations
Our guarantee is here to protect genuine customers. It is not intended for price matching, promotion arbitrage, or returning and repurchasing the same item to access a later discount. We reserve the right to decline returns that appear to misuse this policy.
